Eight Bells Rum

Eight Bells Rum is a barrel-matured gold rum, distilled from Caribbean-sourced molasses in our direct-fire pot stills and aged for over 3 years in bourbon whiskey barrels. Eight Bells Rum offers flavors of toasted spice and vanilla with a long, smooth finish reminiscent of caramel, oak, figs and dried cherries. It is excellent sipped neat, or enjoyed in your favorite rum cocktail.
